Its been another one of those "deep listening to music weeks"and here's whats been added to the the playlist:

Glass Tiger- "DOn't forget me when I'm gone"

Crosby, Stills and Nash- "Our house"

Mr. Mister- "Is it Love?"

And lastly my favourite new addition- Simple Mind's "All the Things She Said"

The simple Minds tune has such a perfect arrangement, with the slow build up, excellent riffs... oh it's so good! If your not familiar with it check it out here...

Last night I was at home doing my searches on Big Country when I stumbled upon the wiki page of Big Country Bassist Tony Butler. There I was reading htrough his profile and then I discovered we share the same birthday date!

That's amazing! even more signs pointing me tot he fact that I should be crazy about this band!

What a day : )

I"m shocked at the types of movies recently released- for example Dragonball Evolution and Chun-Li the legend of streetfighter. Two movies that are based upon some importantinfluences from my childhood.

As a young boy playing steetfigher on the game console and watching Dragonball cartoons were brilliant fun- but I feel the recent movies released about them were horrible! Not staying true to the stories or what the brand was about. I hate to say it but mabye some things are better left the way they are- not all games are born to be movies nor are some cartoons.

Because Sometimes it isn''t possible to transition over certain things because you can't always please thehardcore fans and new fans. It might work sometimes but in the case of these two movies I don't think it has.

So here's the deal The cash is huge!!! I am so shocked at the amount that has been amassed so far-as of this blog entry we have amassed an enormous RM6600!!!

Excitement is the only word that can describe the rollercoaster ride that is going on right now and I do hope that someone does get it right. Who knew the 80s could be so helpful to you in the year 2009?

I went to the driving range the other day for the first time and it was actually a lot of fun! I would'nt call it golfing because the game does involve more than just trying to see how far you can hit the ball but the driving range is really good fun.

Went with a couple of buddies and we noticed how all our stress dissapeared after a short round. Anyway I do plan to head back there sometime soon so wish me luck!

Hey the New Transformers Trailer is out! The 2nd installment is called Transformers Revenge of the Fallen and it looks absolutely brilliant!

Transformers were a huge part of my childhood and it's definitely nice to see being revamped into a live-action film. I remember getting my first Transformer when I was 2 or 3 years old (strange because usually the packaging says "for ages 5 and above). Anyway my sister bought it as a present for me as a kid and I absolutely loved them! I think I even had Transformer underwears at one point...

Anyway the movie looks really cool, I absolutely loved the first one and if you have'nt seen it yet then check out the link below!

Still trying to get hold of a camera to take a photo of my new hairstyle... In the meantime I thought I'd present you with a list of some of my favourite songs at the moment

Fields of Fire and In a Big Country by Big Country (as Chicago would say: " You're the Inspiration" for the hairstyle).

Dreams, Jump and Love Walks in by Van halen (Eddie van Halen!!!)

There She Goes by the La's ( one of the greatest one hit wonders ever in my opinion)

Mandolin rain, Set me in motion and Look Out Any Window by Bruce Hornsby (theres's nothing wrong going a bit Gee-Wang!)

Maggie May by Rod Stewart and the Faces (probably his best song ever)

Of course there is no harm in listening to somethin contemporary- so on that I've been listening to the new album by Snow Patrol called a Hundred Millions Suns(a lovely NorthernIrish/Scottish Rock group).

Anyway will keep you posted with more tunes- for now heres an amazing movie trailer thats keeping me on my toes!!!

I am a self declared Obama-maniac.

The man is absolutely fantastic, watching the inauguration was truly a fantastic sight! For me its interesting because its one of those "history in the making moments" ( and those don't come about quite often do they?). So I stayed up 3 in the morning just to witness the event and its was well worth it.

Don't know about you butfor some reason I got a feeligng things are gonne be pretty interesting with him around...

Ah yes 2009, If I could shake your hand and give you a warm hug I would- Unfortunately I can't. So far its been a good start. But only because I made it a good start-I bought myself some new shoes! Two in fact!

So my Converse Shoe collection has now ammased to a total of 6 pairs which I'm truly proud of and shall carry on wearing. Personally the reason why I love Converse shoes is that they defy the "Cleansiness" factor. Whislt most shoes must look clean to be nice, converse shoes look better dirty...

By pure coincidence I guess you can tell I'm lazy when it comes to cleaning shoes...
